Mount Grease

2016

In the heart of Samaria rises the ridge of Mount Kabir, facing the mountains of Ebal and Gerizim. At its foot, passes the 'Way of the Introduction of the Sun', which connects to the way of the patriarchs, through which Abraham first passed into the land and in it she was promised to him and his seed after him. Ancient winepresses are hewn in the mountain rocks, a testament to the tradition of making wine in the area. Kabir Winery and its vineyards are located in Elon Moreh, overlooking the pastoral biblical landscapes. The unique wines combine past values with the present, Jewish tradition and the journey of Eretz Israel. Dry varietal wine from Cabernet Sauvignon |
Strong color intensity with an amazing purple hue, strong black fruit, aroma elements bursting from the wine aroma of wood with a little mildew, smoke and tobacco. With a slightly spicy taste, full and round body, in the mouth it gives hints of a dark and mysterious place. Very powerful cabernet, rich in flavors, pleasant acidity with a slightly sweetish finish
